SOB!! My boy won stage 2 and I don't have him winning anything this week!

They are past half so if they call it, it is what it is... this pit stop may be the most important action of the race.

At least at this race, it's not halfway point, end of stage 2 was complete race. Either way it's done. Not sure if that's the new rule? No more halfway, end of stage 2.

hmm.. is that the new rule? I pay attention to the changes in fantasy but guess I missed that in the "official" Nascar rule.

That's what they said about this race. End of Stage 2 is official. Something leads me to believe for all races?

I was so close to picking Blaney, but for some reason. I took BB. It is like he been a magnet. I never picked him last year, subconsciously trying to save my take ten time only picks. I know it doesn't apply to pole, but it's weird.

This may seem like an odd question, but has anyone determined if you can pick a stage winner and not have them on your roster and still gain the points?

I don't see why not san. Let me guess - you can't afford to have BB in your lineup this week but want to pick him as stage winner(s), LOL

I held onto BB for the whole race as my garage driver - it never was worth wasting a race count!!

NCAA tourney has been insane.  It's only opening weekend and look who's out.........#1 Virginia, #2 North Carolina (game still in progress but they're down 20 with 10 minutes left), #3 Michigan St, #3 Tennessee, #3 Arizona, #4 Wichita St

May have to watch the UMBC/K State game in an hour. Can the little guys pull another upset? Will 13 seed Marshall beat 5 seed West Virginia?

Good morning. It has been totally crazy. The boys from UMBC gave it all they had, shots just weren't falling like they were in VA game. (plus bad foul shooting)....

My brain definitely had a "fart" when I set up roster. I was totally thinking a different track when I set it up. Nothing to do with the fact I watched almost 40 hours of NCAA in three days before setting my roster. lol

But now we know the secret, set your roster and then take whoever you want for bonus picks. I'm sure thousands and thousands of others have figured this out. I'm sure the powers that be in the Fantasy world will tweak it.

LOL.. that method didn't help me yesterday, but glad we know it works!!!

I actually remembered to pick my pole winner.  Snipped this from the league page is weather hoses up qualifying........."IN THE EVENT THAT BUSCH POLE QUALIFYING IS CANCELED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE BUSCH POLE AWARD BONUS PICK WILL BE AWARDED TO THE DRIVER THAT STARTS IN THE FIRST POSITION AS DETERMINED BY THE NASCAR RULE BOOK."

Not quite sure what that means as far as who is first if there's no qualifying to see who is first. Would Truex get it by default since he's the current points leader?
