good morning folks..it looks like Dorian will be coming to Florida somewhere, still an uncertainty where it comes ashore and how strong..keep watching the NHC updates and as always prepare and be safe ok,this is monday and by wens/thurs we should have a better idea whats going on and where its going...im real glad you folks kept this blog going..congrats

Not sure where you've been hanging out at but if Cat 6 I hear Disquis is closing down comments September 1st. Not sure if Cat 6/WU has a plan as I've not followed the blogs there for a long time. Bad for my blood pressure, lol.

Morning. Took the day off to hopefully enjoy a 4 day weekend. I'm keeping updated on Dorian but not looking too much. Don't want storm fatigue before it even arrives, lol. It's been relatively dry the past 7 days+ here so that's a good thing since 15+" of rain may be on the way if the storm makes landfall in southern FL before slowly moving up the peninsula. Hopefully the ridge breaks and Dorian finds the escape route north sooner rather than later. Not looking to being in the right front quadrant where the greatest tornado threat resides. We shall see what happens.
