Season Starts today So does the Yellow circle of Death

Hope everyone is good and a big HELLO to you all:)
So here we are the first day of the season and look!...LOL
Looking at the enviroment you can see shear is high everywhere in the gulf of Mexico EXCEPT where our area is.
The tendency is for the shear to subside some meaning the area could get a window to develop but the NHC gives this possibilities at 0%.
Now as far as where a system could go should it develop would be North. Why? Because looking at the steering currents the High over the Eastern United States would be the primary steering. As you can see the area is located on the SW side of the high but should erode it some allowing a path more North than NW . Also with a zonal flow over the Eastern United States the High may migrate East some more which would also allow for a Northerly movement.
So for now we watch and wait as the first atmospheric battle of the season starts...

Wunderkidcayman from WU probably see's a 90% red circle east of the Yucatan forecast to move east.

Cat 3 tomorrow with the topography of the BOC coastline. Storms spin up fast!
