Very nice Bob, thanks for posting. The track just South of PR and Hispaniola would be my guess. Looks like Jamaica could get some much needed rain.

If you look at the last few frames you can see convection blowing up around the apparent center, the NW corner of the high cloud mass.

Bob, 99L is definitely developing. Notice the models are trending slightly to the North this morning. I believe there is only going to be a little window of opportunity to strengthen before the shear gets a hold of it.

bad set-up for florida with IRMA..Euro and GFS in the overnight runs bring the hurricane up close to Florida's east coast and go up into the Carolina's..whereas CMC and Navegem come into south florida and run up the middle of Florida..still a lot of time for this to change
