For San: It still looks a little stretched N/S and it still cuts off some of the right.
When I zoom IE to 75%, I get the whole pic, but now it's hard to see what I'm typing.

Okay, the issue is keeping the width:height ratio when you resize a pic.  I would imagine that most of you are using Imgur for your hosting, so the best way to ensure a good pic with everything in correct ratio(and not have to keep playing around with it) is to use the edit function in Imgur.  I can't grab a screen shot of the function because it is an overlay that disappears.

1)  Upload your pic to Imgur
2)  When your mouse is on the pic you will see the URL and the "copy" command.
3)  On the right side of "copy" is a drop down arrow - hover over it and click on "edit image"

Now you will get a screen that looks like this:



Next up:

1)  Look at the top right where I have drawn the red arrows
2)  Make sure that you have a "check mark" in the "lock proportions" box
3)  Change the first number to 800 and hit your enter key.  The second number will change to keep the same proportion of the original pic
4)  Click "apply" over on the left side
5)  Click "save" up top

Now you will be back to your original looking imgur page and you can grab your URL and use it to post a pic in here.

New blog. Thanks Largo. Had a long work day today from 6:30 am to 7pm then had to make a phone call.

As to the images I think it's all dependent on how ones screen resolution is set. The "lower" the resolution, the less image one will see. If higher, one will see more. I usually use 640x480 when inserting my images but as mentioned sometimes the image stretches a bit. If it is "cut off", I can simply right-click the image, select "open image in new tab", then a new tab appears with the full image. Might be browser dependent though. I'm not sure but it works fine for me with Google Chrome.

If on a desktop/laptop, one can also hold the control key then press the minus sign a time or two or three to "shrink" the page which will show more of the image. Vice versa, hold the control key then press the + sign to restore the original size - if that makes sense. Would be nice if forumotion had an auto-size feature where no matter the size it was formatted properly but I know how to manipulate to fit my personal needs.

On the weather front, poofage rules the day again. Heavy rain on my doorstep then the cells fell apart. I'm nickel/diming my way up the precip ladder though so no complaints. Around 3" for the month which is about where I should be for mid June.

Test loop using 640x480. Steady light rain to add a few extra hundredths.

Isolated to scattered showers moving onshore early this
morning....along with some thunderstorms later in the morning
will push inland and become more numerous during the afternoon.
These showers and storms may drift back toward the coast in the

this pattern of onshore and rather light flow is conducive to

well so far I don't see any Organized systems for us thru the weekend and maybe beyond..too early yet..but like yesterday heavy rains may happen...a lot of tropical moisture still overflowing the state huh..models still jumping around path wise..but until..something does actually form..just model guesswork huh..

well A lot of tropical moisture out in the Gulf,but I guess it IS our rainy season huh,just getting a lil more ammo for heavier rains etc from the tropics

Just after 8am and out in the gulf I see the high rain clouds forming already,I guess they will be moving ashore and heading inland thru the daytime,hope they hold off I have to drive over to Orlando around lunchtime....might be a rough drive home later today,I-4 can be a real pain in the heavy rains,hope no accidents on it too..

across east central Florida and daytime heating will lead to
numerous showers and thunderstorms developing into the afternoon
hours. Initial shower and thunderstorm development is expected west
of Lake county by late morning with showers and storms moving toward
the Interstate 4 corridor into the early afternoon. Additional
showers and storms will develop across much of the area into the mid
to late afternoon. A few of the stronger storms will contain locally
heavy rainfall amounts to two to three inches...frequent lightning
and strong gusty winds.

yeah GFS para and CMC etc models say Tuesday might get a bit stormy big bend area...

well as of this mornings runs I don't see anything Tropical coming INTO central/Southern Florida,it seems to be panhandle and big bend area's for storminess..but..we still have sat/sun to watch the models and they could change huh..well I have to get ready,i'll be gone most of the day today..if any serious warnings come out..post them ok.....bye

OMG It is POURING here. Some of the hardest rain I have ever seen. If there isn't yet, there's bound to be flood watches/warning for prone areas.

well a few models CMC-GFS Para..still take something into panhandle or big bend area's,some take something into Texas/mexico..they don't really know yet lol..

gee what an awful trip for me yesterday over to Orlando airport..rains off and on, A lot of traffic slowdowns going there....but it was coming Home that was terrible...accident after accident,rain shower after shower..i think almost to Tampa we didn't get above 40mph,Most area's it was down to 10-15 mph..what DONT people Understand..you Don't Tailgate on a highway?..accident after accident..2-3-4 cars hit from behind...well we got home ourselves safely.we know better to leave a safe distance between the car in front of you..a simple trip from Orlando to Largo..usually a 2 2 and a half hours..took 4 hour I/2 hours...and I have No idea...why..traffic was soooo heavy..Friday was a work day no?...well glad I'm home lol...nice and peaceful here
